Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 working days.

Shipment method: Standard (5-9 business days) - Free in Canada

Shipment method: Expedited (3-7 business days) - $7 in Canada

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed and order tracking details by email, subject to your providing your email address, as soon as the product has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Delivery in Canada is free of any duties, levies or taxes.

Aromatan USA Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order from outside Canada or the United States. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Aromatan USA Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
